Building Inspections and Compliance Surveys to meet EPA, OSHA, and State Requirements

Our experienced and accredited personnel can perform OSHA, EPA, and state compliance surveys and building inspections prior to renovations, demolitions, and property transfers. We have licensed personnel for North Carolina and South Carolina and are qualified to complete work in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and many other states. We conduct inspections for asbestos, lead, mercury containing materials, and mold. AAA now has a certified EFIS Inspector/Moisture Analyst available to inspect new construction for proper installation or examine previous installations for defects.
