PROJECT MANAGEMENT

AAA Environmental provides Project Management services for Asbestos, Lead, and Mold remediation and/or Demolition projects. We can provide management of remediation and/or demolition projects. This includes conducting a Prebid, providing oversight supervision either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, and compiling close-out paperwork that covers regulatory requirements. Project Management can also include writing the specifications (Project Design Specifications).

AAA's new certified EFIS Inspector/Moisture Analyst is available to conduct project management during the installation of new systems to ensure correct installations.
